Lake Oswego Q3 Real Estate Market Update by School Boundary

The quarterly review of school boundaries is always enlightening, especially in Q3 when families made moves to avoid having kids change schools mid-year. Most activity was in the Lake Grove school district, where almost twice as many homes were sold in Q3 compared to Q2. Interestingly, Lake Grove was the only district that didn't report an increase in average sold price. And, Lake Grove had a significant drop in Days on Market with 51 days on market in Q2 and 31 days in Q3.
