Even with the expected holiday season, only 98 homes sold in the Lake Oswego elementary school boundaries. On average, sellers received about 98% of their list price—showing that well‑priced homes are still attracting committed buyers. It was a quarter that rewarded realistic expectations, thoughtful strategy, and a bit of patience.​
